Christian Trucking Companies
I get emails sometimes from people considering trucking as a new
career. One of the questions I am asked the most is concerning good,
solid Christian-owned trucking companies to run for. Persoanlly, I don't know of many except the ones listed on this website. If any of you
drivers out there know of some trucking firms who are Christian-owned,
and good to run for, I would appreciate hearing from you. I'll post the
suggestions on this website for the benefit of other drivers.

Books By H.A. Ironside
For those of you who love the writings of H.A. Ironside, here is a
website which has many of his writings. The one entitled "Ordained of
the Lord" is his biography written by his assistant E. Schuyler Engish.
Ironside was originally a member of the Plymouth Brethren and their
website has a collection of his writing as well as the writings of
other Plymouth Brethren.

Cracking the Faith Barrier
 Today
more than ever, we are living in uncertain times. With the rising rate
of unemployment and retirement investments going down the tubes, it's
easy to become discouraged and worried. One of the most encouraging
books I can recommend is Hal Lindsey's Combat Faith . In his recent video commentary he gives a summary of the principles in his book. Take some time to view the video and then read the book, Combat Faith.

Although made in the 70's, this movie is even more relevant today, than
when it was filmed. We are closer than ever before to the Second Coming
of Jesus Christ. Based on the best-selling book, this movie is a
classic film about events which are leading us closer to the Rapture,
Tribulation, and Millennial Reign of Christ. If you've never seen this
film before, watch it here. A few years ago, Hal Lindsey updated his
book. I have read both the original and the updated version, yet
nothing has really had to be changed. It is based on the prophecies of
Scripture in that timeless and unchanging book we call the Bible. The

 Black Belt Patriotism: How to Reawaken America
By Chuck Norris
Most people know Chuck Norris as a Hollywood movie star and Karate
Champion. Many, however, do not know he is also a dedicated Christian
and conservative political activist. In his new heavily documented and
researched book, Chuck points out what is wrong with America and gives
a common sense approach for solutions. If you read only one book this
year, in my opinion, this book should be this one.

The Battle of Gog and Magog
 Many
Christians believe the next major battle in the Middle East will be the
battle of Armageddon. This is not so. In Ezekiel 38-39, the prophet
describes a battle which happens before this event. It is commonly
known as the Battle of Gog and Magog. This is a battle in which Russia
and the countries north of Israel ally with Iran and other Muslim
countries to the south, west, and east of Israel. It is a coalition
which attacks Israel with a view toward plundering the country. In this
battle, Ezekiel seems to say that Israel will be left to defend itself
without help from other countries. In this particular battle however,
God supernaturally comes to the aid of Israel and destroys the invading
armies in a devastating way. With the current alliances Russia is
negotiating with Iran and other Muslim countries, this battle may not
be far in the future. Some Bible scholars believe it could even happen
